Digital Products

Because BalKatha provides immediate access to digital content after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

If a user is charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

If a payment is successful but access is not granted, please contact support. Verified access issues will be resolved promptly.

If a reward arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery.
